São Lourenço is a righthand pointbreak. A long wave that is good for intermediate to advanced surfers.

Works best with

Wind from the east, swell from the (north)west at mid-tide.

Crowd

Being a little further from town, it’s not as crowded as other Ericeira spots closer to town.

Information & board rental

São Lourenço beach offers a lot of parking space and a nice beach bar/restaurant, but there are no surf shops and board rental. You can take care of this in Ericeira town or at Ribeira D’Ilhas and drive to São Lourenço.
