The wave at São Pedro do Estoril is especially nice for longboarding, because it gently peels over the reef most of the time. Good for intermediate surfers. There is a nice boulevard with palm trees, and a lot of space to park your car (paid). São Pedro do Estoril is also where surfing in Portugal began and the first surfclub was created.
